I have my server with virtualmin and webmin. All My sites was working fine! But now, only sites www.mydomain.com work, the mydomain.com is not working. I cant receive emails. What, where to checк?
I have namecheap.com account, if this info will help.

You may want to try running a DNS report over at intodns.com… if you’re having a DNS problem, they may be able to pinpoint it.

A little more details, please. What exactly “is not working”? What error messages do you see where when trying what?

Your DNS may be set incorectly, or you might have changed your nameservers, or they may have gone off-line (doubtful, but possible). Check to make sure you are using your ISP’s correct nameserver addresses. Also make sure rDNS is set properly, email servers do like that working 100% these days, thankfully.
I would check your DNS records with a tool like the one available through http://network-tools.com/
For email server checks, I would also run the various checks offered by http://mxtoolbox.com/, and for an extended email check, something like http://www.allaboutspam.com/
Hope you get/got it solved…and if all of that checks out, could it be a firewall blocking a lot of your traffic?
On the server itself, (through a tunnel if you only have remote access) go to http://canyouseeme.org/ and check all your services’ ports.
