Does a disabled virtual host still get it’s LetsEncrypt cert renewed on schedule?

Depends if not switched of LE and therefore trying the renew the path and writing for this are yes or no reachable for LE.
To be sure it is not set own cert / switch of LE .
I’m sorry, I couldn’t understand your answer. LE has permissions to the cert. LE created the cert in the first place. The vhost was just disabled after created.
