Is the something that exists in the virtualmin package?
If so, can anyone point me to it?
If not, is anyone working on it and looking for someone to test it for them?

i dont think such thing exists in virtualmin yet… you need additional software that doesn’t have corresponding virtualmin modules.

DNS over TLS : https://kb.isc.org/docs/aa-01386 . for this guide both stunnel & bind exist in virtualmin, so you can probably set those from inside virtualmin.
never tried any of those, but if you do…, feedback would be appreciated
