Don´t you think that the label “DNS Options” (virtualmin > Server Configuration > DNS Options) will be better to understand if it is “SPF Options”?
Or “SPF DMARC Optinos”.
Just a suggestion. Because having 2 “DNS” labeled so close is confusing.
PS: I know I can translate it. I´m suggesting to change it at the core.
