Not sure if the second one is a bug or if I have an incorrect setting, but I would assume that the first one is definitely buggy.
After reading some of Joe’s posts on DNS hosting, I’ve decided to move all my DNS stuff to my provider Namecheap. I’ve uploaded API key and did a bit of troubleshooting. On initial change from Local BIND DNS to Namecheap, if I leave the “Included domains to allow” field empty it fails with the following error
Failed to save DNS options : Failed to update DNS host : Failed to update DNS records : API command failed : Requested value 'UNKNOWN' was not found.
After filling in the field with some text it works. I can then delete the text and it works with the empty field.
Also, when changing the TTL for the first time of any record I get the following error
Failed to save DNS record : Record was not fully saved : Failed to update DNS records : API command failed : INVALID_TTL: TTL specified for webmail should be a numeric
There were definitely numbers in the field. I had to choose domain default to get it to save.
