Been testing trying to get everything set up for hosting but after putting in the namecheap api info, click save. It Just gives me a ‘Failed to save account : HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request’.
I know thats not much of an error messege but to start with, Does Virtualmin require the pro version for the registrar module?

That plugin works with both Pro and GPL.
Do you happen to see any additional info in the lots, in /var/webmin/miniserv.error?

miniserv.error has this. Anytime I click any link in virtualmin/webmin it posts a new https error. I assume that because I dont have official cert.
But the only error that shows up when I try to save namecheap api setup is the http 400 bad request.
