Are there any Option for the disabling an BIND? Because I don’t want to deactivate the BIND Service for the Domain by the disabling of an Server. Ist there any option for that?

Howdy,
You can disable BIND for one particular domain by going into Edit Virtual Server -> Enabled Features, and disabling the “BIND DNS Domain” feature.
You can disable the BIND service completely by going into Webmin -> Services -> Bootup and Shutdown, and there you can disable the BIND service.

Sorry I don’t said what I clearly want. I want that when I disable a Virtual Server, the Bind Service wasn’t disable with the xxx.disable.
Under Virtualmin -> System Settings -> Server settings you can configure the “Features to deactivate when disabling”.
