Detecting Unused Mailboxes

Looking for a quick way to find unused mailboxes on a 300 box system. We are finding folks setting up a box to send all their junk mail to and then forgetting it. We can go in to each box individually to see if it has been accessed/maintained but I’m thinking there must be a way to scan for the last email login “none” (with a 1000 messages from Pottery Barn.)

Not sure this is doable in the interface. But, since no one else has offered up help I’d suggest a site I use for bash scripts. Very helpful folks.

Probably looking at the file access times might work?

Or, I just emailed 400 users recently and asked them to reply if the account was still active.
