i have this server (xyz.com) and a subserver (1xyz.com)
I want to delete the main server (xyz.com) will it also delete all the content or database in the sub server?
Also when i re install the main server with same domain, will there be any issues?

Hmm, I haven’t tested that before, but I don’t believe you can delete a parent domain, without affecting the Sub-Servers underneath it.
So I think deleting the parent would also delete the sub-servers.
However, if that’s a problem – you could always go into Server Configuration -> Move Virtual Server, and there you can make it a top-level Virtual Server, or you could make it a Sub-Server of another domain.
