I thought this had been fixed (a while ago) but it seems to be back again… :man_shrugging:

Every time (daily ATM) when I go into this VM the “default page for Virtualmin” which is set to one particulate page in the list seems to get reset to “Dashboard” and yet the first in the list (alphabetically) is displayed.

[Ed] I should add that changing it AGAIN in the Authentic theme does nothing to put it right - however, changing it then clearing cache puts it back (only to have to go through the same the next day.) :man_frowning:

In your screenshot, there’s an option called “Load default page on navigation switch.” Set it to “Yes, always.”

Thanks, as you see in the screenshot (and checked again today) it already is set to “Yes always”

same problem today - seems to be just this one VM - have to clear cache after resetting to selected domain - it then remains set for the rest of the day. (Laptop/PC is windows 11, usually Chrome browser, remains switched on all day (even between sites) rebooted each day) other VMs usually loaded as other tabs/windows seem to retain the last “default” domain.

OS are Ubuntu (22 and 24) or Debian (11 or 12) but doubt if that is the cause.

it has become part of the daily routine to wake-up, switch on, ensure this VM is on the correct domain, check for updates, work.

no matter :man_shrugging: I can live with it as no one else has noticed.

I think this is related
