Default - DNSSEC cryptographic

I have change DNSSEC cryptographic to something wrong.

Can someone please tell me what the default “DNSSEC cryptographic algorithm” is?

RSA is the default last I checked, I think I proposed to change it to algorithm 13 ECDSA as it is potentially better in performance and also widely supported these days.

For DANE I still see 3 0 1 keys and not 3 1 1 which would not break DANE until changes propagate.
