Cron job to clear user's tmp folder

I am wondering if there is a built-in mechanisam in webmin/virtualmin (GPL) to:

1.) Monitor user’s /tmp folder localated within /home/user/tmp

2.) Clear all user’s tmp files on specific schedule using cron job or other mechanisam
