Howdy, after creating LEMP stack of virtualmin on AWS, I have a performance single wordpress website on the VPS. I made a sub server on the top level server, then top level server home directory is changed to the sub server.
e.g. domain.com is redirected to sub.domain.com
What might be the cause?

Did the directory change physically on the hard-drive or you just started to get different response after adding a new domain?
Aside from network configuration problem, the most common situation, and most probably what you’re facing, is that you didn’t have SSL enabled for domain example.com, while adding domain sub.domain.com with SSL enabled would cause such results, i.e. domain example.com (without SSL enabled) point to sub.example.com (with SSL enabled) when example.com accessed using SSL.
Please go to Edit Virtual Server page and double check that SSL website enabled option is actually enabled for domain example.com.
