Create a new domain, Webmin does not restart

I have a small server with two domains. I create a new domain in VirtualMin, it spits out the creation progress and indicates it’s restarting Webmin, but it either crashes or stops and doesn’t restart. I have to manually restart. Any advice to fix this behavior?

This issue will be fixed in upcoming Webmin 1.996.
