Cpanel link down( cannot access cpanel login page)

Hello… Hello,
We use virtualmin vps for our website www.shop4big.com
Our cpanel of virtualmin is down since yesterday & we are unable to access,thus our website is also not opening.

We have an online marketplace & our website is down as cpanel is down.we dont get any customer support option of virtualmin. Please help us asap.

Howdy,

It sounds like you’re saying you’re having two different problems – one with Webmin/Virtualmin being offline, and another with your website being offline.

When browsing to your website, I get an error stating that it was unable to communicate with MySQL.

Does it help to restart MySQL? If not, do you receive any errors while trying to start it?

Same with Webmin – if you restart the Webmin service, does that allow you to access the Webmin/Virtualmin login on port 10000?
