I am not sure what the defintion of usage is at EC2, but I entered following data for the EC2 cost caculcator.
1 small instance, 100% utilized per month ($62.22)
Data in 1GB ($0.10)
Data out 25GB ($3.60)
This would basically mean a small instance (for example the Virtualmin GPL AMI) that is up 24h would cost 65.92 per month, right?
By the way, I also did a “unixbench” benchmark on a small instance. The score was 230. I also tried a cc1.4xlarge instance, the score was 4500. The unixbench on my OpenVZ VPS is 1100
