I have problem with ssl certificate renewing for domain. New certificate is downloaded to /etc/letsencrypt/archive/domain, but not copied to /home/domain . SSL certificate in /home/domain is outdated, but renew script runs repeatedly and CA LE reject request with " There were too many requests of a given type :: Error creating new order :: too many certificates (5) already issued for this exact set of domains in the last 168 hours:" . Where should I look for the problem? Which script copies the certificate to /home/domain ?

Hello,

This is configurable for the new virtual servers under System Settings ⇾ Server Templates: Edit Server Template / SSL website for domain page.

For existing virtual server, you should manually edit and fix Virtualmin domain config file for all ssl_cert, ssl_key, ssl_combined and ssl_everything keys.

It can easily be done by going to Virtual Server Summary page and clicking on Domain ID while holding Alt key (or Option key).
