Cloudmin/virtualmin replication and cloudflare dns

We’re setting up replication after switching over to CloudFlare DNS. Replicating a domain from boxA to boxB works overall(Cloudmin->Virtualmin settings->Virtual Server Replication). The replicated domain on boxA is configured for cloudflare DNS, with certain records proxied.
The replicated domain to boxB shows the correct DNS records, but shows as ‘Local files’ in DNS Options. If I flip it to CloudFlare DNS on boxB, records are overwritten at Cloudflare, and proxied entries are no longer proxied.

What I’m trying to achieve is replication between boxes with cloudflare DNS. All boxes share the shared IP addresses, those would be redirected on failure. What I’d assume to happen with replication is it would be set the same as the source, not changed to local files on DNS.
