I just upgraded from GPL to Pro, but the script installers (roundcube, wordpress, …) didn’t come up.
How can I get them?

It sounds like you may still have Virtualmin GPL installed there. To upgrade, make sure you’re using System Settings -> Upgrade to Pro.
If that still doesn’t work, what you may want to do is open a new support request using the Support link above, and there, share what output you’re seeing when using the Upgrade to Pro option.
