Hi,
When i clone a virtual server and try to load the clone domain, the system redirect to the main domain.
Example:
i load www.mainsite.com and system redirect me to www.clonesite.com
Inside the clonesite.com i’ve the settings of mainsite.com about the wordpress installation.
How can i solve?

That’s the WordPress redirect at play. The clonesite .htaccess is redirecting visitors back to mainsite as the mainsite url is hardcoded in .htaccess
But inside the wp-config of the clone site, i’ve the settings of the mainsite
After cloning, you have to manually change the database configuration.
