Changing the default access log path

Hi peeps,

Having some trouble changing the default access log and error log paths for new virtual servers. I can see under Website Options that they are being created with the templates:

‘/var/log/virtualmin/DOMAIN_access_log’
‘/var/log/virtualmin/DOMAIN_error_log’

I can’t seem to find anywhere where this default can be changed (don’t much fancy having to change it by hand for every new website!).

Any help much appreciated

Howdy,

While I haven’t attempted to change that before, I believe the right place to do it is in System Settings -> Server Templates -> Default -> Apache Website, and to change the CustomLog and ErrorLog paths that you see in the “Directives and settings for new websites” textbox.
