Never used it (cloudflare) but I guess someone will help you out with that.
If you’re on the free Cloudflare plan you would want to change Webmin port 10000 to listen on port 8443, to be able to connect via Cloudflare with proxy enabled (without exposing your real server IP address).
It can easily be done in Webmin ⇾ Webmin Configuration: Ports and Addresses page.

lol I figured it out rather quick when I saw it was IP restrictive and since you were mentioning ports, I looked next to it and went there instead. It’s all good, made for a good laugh.
You really gotta tell us about important details like there being a proxy between you and Webmin! We’d know immediately how to help with that info.
