Change Date in "Let's Encrypt tab" in command line ?

Hi,

Is there an command to change, on all servers with SSL feature, time of renewal in “Let’s Encrypt tab” ?
I’d like to switch every VPS to ‘manual’ for an period, instead of 1 “Months between automatic renewal”
