After last update all source code of my websites was available in plain text (which used cgi/fcgid). That’s NOT good 
And now I can not switch back to fcgid and I get source code…

That implies some sort of configuration problem. What distro/version are you using?
And if you go into Server Configuration -> Re-Check Config, does it notice any problems?
