Can't Load Server Config > SSL Certificate page

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version Ubuntu 22.04.2
Webmin version 2.013
Virtualmin version 7.5

Title. Can’t load the “SSL Certificate” page for any Virtual Server; red load bar just bounces back and forth for a while and then… nothing. No error, just… nothing. Tried rebooting server, no good. Need some help here; I have a public server dead in the water.

log files are the answer. I guess the apache or secure.

I don’t see anything incriminating in the logs. It finally loaded, but now it takes upwards of 20-30 seconds to load that one page. No other page in Virtualmin does this.

whats traceroute look like any dropped packets?

The page does eventually load. But on my other two Ubuntu Server / VMin instances, it’s almost instantaneous. Not 20-40 seconds like this one.

It’s worth noting, applying any changes regarding SSL (including enabling/disabling the SSL site on the virtual server options page) are excessively slow. Could this be an Apache or OpenSSL issue?
