Can't install Virtualmin - awstats bug

The install script stops with error message:

Error:
Problem: conflicting requests

• nothing provides perl-Geo-IP needed by awstats-7.7-5.el8.noarch
  Installing dependencies and system packages: [2020-04-01 13:30:11 CEST] [ERROR] Failed with error: 1
  [2020-04-01 13:30:11 CEST] [ERROR] Something went wrong. Exiting.
  [2020-04-01 13:30:11 CEST] [ERROR] The last few log entries were:

cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS Linux release 8.1.1911 (Core)

I think this is a awstats rpm package bug, but how we can exclude awstats from install.sh script, to avoid the problem?
