Since I’m on Pro version, I can’t get my mail on Apple products, iPhone, Mac, etc. It works on other platforms and it worked before switching to Pro.
Please assist.

If you see no log entries in the mail.log, then your clients are not talking to the server. Even a failed connection will show connection attempts from the IP of the devices.
So, that means they are not connecting to your server at all. Either DNS is wrong, or there’s some network problem preventing access to the mail ports.

Sorry for the delay. OK, it seems that the certificate is for “map.example.com” which is of course not trusted.
I went to the SSL config and a let’s encrypt certificat is there and up to date (which is ok for the HTTPS side).
