Cant download file with file manager

Im trying to download the letsencrypt certificate and key from etc/letsencrypt/live/domain logged in as ROOT, but i’m getting the following error:

Already set the folder and files permission to 777 and the error persists.

there are no files there, only symbolic links to the certificates

The properties of the symbolic link will tell you where the file is.
