You can use the Virtualmin CLI for this purpose: virtualmin detect-scripts --domain domain.tld --dir /home/domain/public_html/wordpress @ivanbg However, beware—there’s currently a tiny bug that will also import ClassicPress clone as WordPress installations. I tried

sudo virtualmin setup-repos

But the result was the same. What am I missing?

That’s odd. Try running apt-get clean && apt-get update. If that doesn’t work, you can fetch the latest pre-release build and install it manually.
