Can only access via ip_address:10000 but not hostname:10000

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version Ubuntu Linux 22.04.4
Webmin version 2.402

The hostname without port is setup in Apache as a virtual host, and resolves properly, and domain points to server.

No idea where the specific config is for this, or how to test.

Would DNS proxying at cloudflare be an issue?

Hostname resolution order is
files mdns4_minimal [NOTFOUND=return] dns

Which I have never touched, and not sure if I should.

I feel this was working at one point, but might have stopped working after an update.

Cloudflare DNS and proxying are two separate services.

Proxying would be an issue, because Cloudflare will not proxy port 10000. You’ll need to move Webmin to another port in order to proxy through Cloudflare. This is covered by their documentation about proxying.

Wow. Yes, cloudflare was blocking the port. Switched the record to DNS only and all is well.

Thank you!
