Can not login to a specific server

I created a new virtualserver and I’m not able to login to it. I’m using the URL https://www.domain.tld:10000 address. The username is what’s displayed as administrative username on the virtualserver summary page. I’ve reset the password twice but it still doesn’t work. I tried using a simple password “testpass” thinking maybe some special character is causing issues but no, even that doesn’t work. I also tried restarting the server.

I can login to root account, I can login to other servers just fine. Is there any logs I can share with you that helps you figure out what the issue is?

Just an update. I can login using the same credentials on 20000 port. I can see the emails and everything but the same details gives my login failed error on 10000 port. It seems like a bug. I would really appreciate any help on this.

Is it an email user? Webmin/Virtualmin is only accessible to administrative users and Virtualmin domain owner users. It is not expected to be available to regular mail/FTP/system users.
