This part should be:

/usr/bin/sudo /bin/sh

now error is 2: Syntax error “(” unexpected 1 --2022-11-09: not found

what does
sh ./ (or sudo sh ./ if not logged in a root) produce

I would suggest trying a new Debian 11 system once from the start you’re having such an odd issues.

You could try downloading script once again or try installing Virtualmin GPL fist:

sudo bash
