Can I install an SSL certificate on an "empty" virtualmin server?

Hello
can I install a LetsEncrypt certificate on my “empty” virtualmin server (by empty, I mean it has no virtual servers)?
I want to set up an SSL certificate so I can migrate all my virtual servers from an old VPS about to be decommissioned, to a new, fresh one.

I hope my explanation is clear.

It needs a name. You can’t have an SSL certificate for an IP address. Simplest way to do that is to create a Virtualmin domain for it and make sure you have an A record in the right place (if you’re not hosting the zone on the Virtualmin server itself).

Webmin has Let’s Encrypt support, as well, but users usually find that a lot trickier to make work than doing it in Virtualmin.

It already has a name, I set it up at the DNS, however when I try to connect with google, i still get the warning about the self signed certificate.
