Bug? Strange folder structure/file created in fresh install

I have done two fresh installs of VirtualMin on Ubuntu 22.04 and 20.04 and I have noticed the same thing happening in the folder system which looks to me like some kind of bug.
I have file suffixed with a " in the following in the folder structure, which looks to me like a script has tried to create a path and place a file but somehow has added " as a folder and suffixed " to the end of the filename. Does anyone know if this is a bug?

Please see screenshot to see what I mean:

That’s nothing to do with Virtualmin. I don’t know why it’s like that, but we sure didn’t do it.

First thing that comes up on the search engine. @alexandere is this hosted on aws/Amazon?

It is hosted with AWS correct. Initially I couldn’t find anything in Google but now you mentioned AWS I have in fact found this bug documented with a solution as follows:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ec2-hibinit-agent/+bug/2023924

I applied it and the issue is solved.
