BIND/named fails to restart after disabling a domain/VS

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version CentOS Linux 7.9.2009D
Webmin version 2.001
Virtualmin version 7.5
Related packages BIND 9.11

I was unable to find docs on Domain disable or similar problem reports.
I disabled a domain in Virtualmin > Disable and Delete > Disable virtual server. The only supplementary question is “Reason for disabling” and “Also disable sub-servers”. Yes or No gives the same result.
The disable procedure shows several actions as expected including renaming the DNS zone. When the disable is complete, named fails to restart causing a problem for all domains.
I have re-enabled the domain to allow BIND/named to start.

NOTE: I have three servers, on different networks, with linked DNS servers using Webmin’s Cluster Slave Servers feature in the BIND configuration. Each server uses the other two as slaves. This has worked very well.

Is there something else I should do/unconfigure before using the Disable Virtual Server action?
Ultimately I will delete this Virtual Server, but I’d like to understand why disable is not working before taking that step.
Any help would be appreciated.

The log shows (I have removed the successful zone loads for the rest of the domains NOT disabled):
