Bacula console command was not found

I am trying to set up bacula. It is in Un-used Modules. When I try to activate it I get this message:

The Bacula console command was not found. Maybe it is not installed, or the [module configuration] is incorrect.

I run through the module configuration and save it but it makes no difference.

I cannot find the bextract, bls or btape commands on the server.

Have reinstalled the module but no difference.

Any ideas?
