I have a large website +15GB size in total with 2 subdomains. What’s the best way to backup & restore it in other VPS using the same version of Virtualmin?
I try the first time and after 1 hour ± the screen stop doing anything.
I saw the folder created in the new VPS but no files.
is there any command line tool?

Of course there is a command line tool (there is a command for everything in the GUI). backup-domain – Virtualmin
Or, you can schedule it, and it will run without any browser involved. In the general case you should never run a realtime backup, except for small test domains.
