I would guess no one is that interested or feel there is no benefit to this.

I just don’t know anything about it. It doesn’t seem very widely implemented, yet, but I see there are a couple of open implementations.
This seems to cover how to run openarc and opendkim milters together (openarc goes first, I guess, in our usual case, unless you’re running mailing lists with Mailman or whatever): OpenARC setup with other milters · Issue #139 · trusteddomainproject/OpenARC · GitHub but docs in general are pretty hard to come by.
