Apache error log #1

Hi, i noticed something strange in my Apache error log, so i decided to ask.
I have a lot of these errors and all of them are from one IP and it continues for few weeks now.
Any ideas what is going on?

(104)Connection reset by peer: [client IP] AH01075: Error dispatching request to :

(70007)The timeout specified has expired: AH00957: FCGI: attempt to connect to 127.0.0.1:8000 (*) failed

AH01079: failed to make connection to backend: localhost

(70007)The timeout specified has expired: [client IP] AH01075: Error dispatching request to : (polling)

AH01067: Failed to read FastCGI header

(70014)End of file found: [client IP] AH01075: Error dispatching request to :

Is it normal that most (if not all) errors in Apache log are from Asia IP’s?
They are just sniffing around, or something?
I am new into all this, so i don’t know what to think…

@jurgis do you host anything on port 8000?

I would not be worried. check if you have anything on port 8000 listening, if not they perhaps just try to see what sits there.
