Access folder from different domain with symlink

I cannot access a shared folder from a different virtual server (I owned all domains in the server).

I use +FollowSymlinks (+/-)SymLinksIfOwnerMatch to no avail.
I already add the users to the target folder user group still not working.

The symlink owner is A:A and chmod to 777
The target owner is B:B also 777.
A is in the B group, so it should be included as an owner.
domain a is a copy of domain b with some altered codes but shared the same uploads folder.

Should I change the target folder owner to apache:apache so anyone can access it?
If so will both domain can write in that folder?
