500 internal server error

So my website crashed because of a failed auto-update through webmin/virtualmin (it caused a kernel panic). I have accessed the server to rescue all the files and databases etc. This is a VPS server.

I managed to reinstall the server, reupload the content and databases and almost everything seems to work, except for the website. I gain access to my mail. I can access a basic html website, home directory is setup etc.

I think there is a problem with PHP. The website should run on PHP 7.1, but this is shown in the error logs.

mod_fcgid: can’t apply process slot for /home/website/fcgi-bin/php7.0.fcgi

It would be great if someone can fix this with me, I am spending a long time now to solve this. :frowning:
If you need any other information, please let me know which and where I could find it.
